Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-09
These terms apply when you use LeadLamp at leadlamp.app, which is operated by an independent developer (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use LeadLamp for a company, you’re agreeing on its behalf.
Questions: hello@leadlamp.app.
What LeadLamp does — and doesn’t
LeadLamp calculates reorder points and suggested order quantities from the stock, sales, lead times and other settings you provide or connect, and sends them to you as a weekly report.
Suggestions are estimates based on a published formula and your inputs. They are not a guarantee that you will avoid stockouts or overstock. You decide what to order, and you’re responsible for those decisions. LeadLamp doesn’t place purchase orders, track shipments or manage warehouses.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who controls it can sign in.
- Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- Account owners can invite members, who can see and edit every store in the account.
Your data
Your inventory and store data stay yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
When you connect Shopify, WooCommerce or Slack, you confirm you’re allowed to, and you authorize us to access them as described in the app. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use LeadLamp to break the law or anyone’s rights.
- Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, probe or overload the service, or work around plan limits.
- Only add report recipients who expect to receive the emails.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Your first paid subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We take a card at checkout and charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial is offered once per account.
- You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page in the app. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may move the account to the Free plan; your data stays.
- We may change prices or plan limits. For existing subscriptions, we’ll email you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect.
Demo workspaces
The live demo creates a temporary workspace with sample data. It’s deleted after 24 hours and can’t send email or connect external services.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LeadLamp running and the weekly email on time, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, and emails can be delayed or filtered by your provider. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something central to a paid plan, we’ll give notice.
Ending your use
You can stop using LeadLamp at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@leadlamp.app. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, or wind down the service with at least 30 days’ notice, in which case we’ll let you export your data first.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, LeadLamp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost sales, lost profits, stockouts or excess inventory — arising from use of the service or reliance on its suggestions.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll email account owners before they take effect. Continuing to use LeadLamp after that means you accept the updated terms.
Language
These terms are available in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
