About LeadLamp
LeadLamp is a weekly reorder alert for Shopify and WooCommerce brands that manufacture in China. Every Monday it emails each store’s team what to reorder, how many cartons and why, using a reorder point that counts the supplier’s whole lead time.

What does LeadLamp do?
It tells you when to reorder each SKU and how much, early enough for a supply chain that takes about two months. For every SKU it computes a reorder point: daily sales × lead time + safety stock. Stock on hand plus stock already on order is compared with that point.
Each Monday list sorts SKUs into order now (below the reorder point), order this week (will cross it within a week) and fine, with a suggested quantity rounded up to whole cartons and the arithmetic behind every number.
Who is it for?
- Brands that sell through their own Shopify or WooCommerce store and have products made in China or elsewhere in Asia, with 30–90 days between placing an order and stock arriving.
- Small teams that reorder from a spreadsheet and don’t have an inventory planner.
- Agencies and operators running several stores for different brands or markets.
How does it work?
- Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store (read-only), or upload a CSV of SKUs, stock and recent sales.
- Set lead times per supplier or SKU (production + freight + warehouse check-in), safety stock and carton sizes. Add factory holidays such as Chinese New Year to the affected lead times.
- Pick the send day and hour in the store’s time zone. The list arrives by email, and in team chat if connected. Each report also has a shareable page.
What doesn’t it do?
LeadLamp is a reorder alert, not an ERP or warehouse system. It doesn’t create purchase orders, book freight, manage warehouses or transfers, or forecast demand with AI or seasonality. The store connection is read-only: it never changes stock or orders. The one optional write is WooCommerce’s low-stock threshold.
How is it different from inventory planning suites?
Tools such as Prediko, Inventory Planner and Flieber are planning suites with forecasting, purchase orders and dashboards, priced for teams that need them. LeadLamp does one job with a formula you can check by hand, starting free. The comparison page lists prices and features from each vendor’s own site. Coming from Shopify’s Stocky?
