LeadLamp vs Prediko, Inventory Planner and Flieber
Those three are inventory planning suites: forecasting, purchase orders, dashboards. LeadLamp does one smaller job — it tells you what to reorder and how much, early enough for a long lead time, in one email every Monday. Which you need depends on the size of your operation, not on which tool is “better”.
LeadLamp is probably enough if
- You have tens to a few hundred SKUs and the owner also does the buying.
- Your factories are weeks away and stockouts come from ordering too late, not from bad forecasts.
- You’d rather read one email on Monday than check a dashboard.
- You sell on WooCommerce, or on both WooCommerce and Shopify.
- You want to see the formula behind every number.
A planning suite is the better fit if
- You need purchase orders, receiving and supplier workflows in the same tool.
- You plan across several warehouses, Amazon and wholesale.
- You want seasonal or AI forecasting rather than a moving average.
- You have someone whose job is inventory planning, and the budget for it.

The real difference: a formula you can check
LeadLamp’s reorder point is ceil(daily sales × lead time + safety stock), with daily sales as a 14- or 28-day average. Every line in the email shows the inputs, so you can redo the math on a napkin. The suites forecast demand with models you can’t see. That’s more powerful when demand is seasonal; it’s harder to trust when the number looks wrong.
Where the suites are clearly ahead
Purchase orders, multi-location planning, Amazon and wholesale channels, and seasonality. If you need those, LeadLamp won’t grow into them — we’ve decided not to build them.
Where LeadLamp is ahead
Cost for small catalogs, WooCommerce support, lead times that include production and sea freight, stock on the water counted automatically, and a list your Chinese-speaking buyer can read in Chinese while your store stays in English.
Coming from Stocky?
Same idea, still running.
Stocky set its reorder points from lead time and sales per day. Shopify says the Stocky app is no longer available after August 31, 2026. LeadLamp keeps the same model, adds safety stock, stock on order and carton rounding, and sends the result every Monday.
